Our custom floor vents can be made out of LVP and Engineered Hardwood planks. 

• Minimum flooring plank thickness of 6mm required for any custom vent. 
• Minimum flooring plank width for 2x vents is 3 7/8"
• Minimum flooring plank width for  4x vents is 5.5"
• Minimum flooring plank width for  6x vents is 7 3/8"

All flooring must be shipped directly to our production facility at customers expense. Any excess materials will not be returned.

This is a custom, made to order product. Payment in full is required prior to start of production. Due to the custom nature of this product, we cannot accept returns. However, if something is damaged on arrival due to shipping, please let us know right away and we will gladly work with you on getting a replacement expedited.

Standard Lead Time is 4-8 Business Days from the time we receive materials.

*Please be sure to measure the actual vent duct opening to determine the size of vent needed for your application*  Note: all 2x duct openings actually measure 2.25"

After your order is placed, we will send an email with shipping instructions and how much material we will need to be shipped in order to produce your order.

We request you cut you flooring planks to 16" to make it easier to ship, It will take 1 plank per vent and we always request at least 1 extra for every 3 ordered just in case! refer to the chart below.

Material Note: To ensure we have ample material to build your vents and return them in a timely manner, all vent orders require additional material. Based on your order size, your shipment must include  additional pieces. Please see our standard order brackets below:
